This Essentials of Anti-discrimination online compliance training module is designed to promote an awareness of what discrimination is, whom it affects, and how it can occur.
In addition to examining the negative consequences that can arise from a discriminatory environment, the training also focuses on the positive benefits that diversity can bring to a workplace and how to foster a cohesive, productive and inclusive environment that promotes equal employment opportunity.

This course is delivered as an online self-paced training module. The module consists of 27 screens of content followed by an assessment of randomised questions. Participants must answer all questions correctly in order to complete the course, and may review content and re-attempt the assessment until it has been passed. Most people will complete the course in 25 to 30 minutes. After completion, a personalised certificate can be printed.
